When you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation with information about your purchase. As soon as your order has left our warehouse we will send you a delivery confirmation by e-mail. You will get a message by text when your package can be picked up or when the package will be ready for home delivery.
We cannot change or cancel an order if it is ready to be dispatched. Send us an email and we will see what we can do: customerservice@orrefors.se.
If you have chosen delivery to an access point you will receive an email, when the delivery is on its way, with a track number and a link to the logistics company’s website for latest information on your order. It can take up to 12 hours before the link is active.
PostNord. We recommend that you download PostNord’s app so you easily can follow your delivery and pick up your order with bank identification.
Pick up parcel at access point. When your parcel is ready for pick up you will receive a text message to the specified phone number with information on where you can pick up your parcel as well as a parcel number. Bring this number to the access point along with identification.
Your postal code determines to which access point your parcel will be delivered.
Yes, the person picking up the parcel needs to bring both the addressee’s identification and its own.
You can change the pick up information in the PostNord app so someone else can pick up the parcel with only a barcode or the tracking number, without having to use identification. You will need your mobile identification to make this change in the app.
PostNord: The parcel is kept at the access point for 14 days before it is returned. If the parcel is not picked up in time, a fee of 399 sek is charged.
