In 1991, Gunnar Cyrén designed the Nobel Decanter for the 90th anniversary of the Nobel Prize. The decanter is made of crystal, and the glass stopper adorning it is hand-painted with gold details. To this day, every December at Stockholm City Hall, the Orrefors Nobel collection jug is used at the Nobel Banquet at Stockholm City Hall.
